Quick questions to anyone who's made custom door cards (To clear cages)....
How have you secured the card to the door?

Edit: And what material did ya use?

Carbon fibre
But for my micra I'm using 2/3mm mdf (basically the standard door cards) and wrapping them in carbon film

Or aluminium goes well but heavy compared

i read that as **** door cards lol, Chris (hoodedreaper) used cf door cards not sure how he attached them though

Can use that silicone stuff tiger seal?... but its an ass if your window fails

Reckon ill just wrap a sheet of 2mm aluminium in fabric then pop rivet it on.... 3.2mm rivets? Never riveted before...

Go a bit bigger if you can because of the weight. I used 4mm
They're better than pringles. Once you pop you really cant stop

I used a thick throw from a bed and wrapped the original door card went straight back on
