Running rich..

1999 1.0 K11, stinks of fuel, black exhaust. High 30's fuel consumption.
Coolant sensor.. on order. Could be, but don't think so.
Thermostat.. on order. Bit slow to warm up.. but don't really think so...
Air filter, and Fuel filter.. etc could be. But was ok a month ago... Will change anyway.
Pollen filter, no A/C .. might keep the smell out... Need to find out if I really have one...
Front O2 sensor to check with DVM.
Rear O2 sensor, can I just disconnect? Will OBD give me info on this without me actually lying down under the car..?
Doesn't seem to be a leak, FuelTank looks dry, lines look dry, TB and injectors look a little crap.. will remove air cleaner, see what I see...
Loads more q's. New to these things... :)

Update:
Engine normal temp, running.
Disconnect connector for front O2, measure centre black lead with DVM to battery 0V. 0.8V something. Remove air filter lid, 0.2V something. Remove air filter, replace air filter lid, 0.8V something. Hmm. Does this mean.. air intake pipes blocked..???? If not, why not...? Anyway, front O2 sensor might be ok.
