Problem with electric window

The passenger side window, although opens and closes, is acting a bit odd.

When going up it is very slow and goes up at a funny angle, leaving a gap at the side, and when it gets to the top finally seals. A couple of times it has needed a bit of help to get to the top.

Any ideas?

take the door card off and then try it and watch it as its going up and down,see if you can see anything that may have come off/loose/out

Silicone spray in the runners sorted mine out.

Thanks for the replies, is the door card just held on with clips or are there bolts somewhere?

Door has one star point screw underneath the panel that contains the switch... and many easily removed clips... had the same problem replaced my actuator with one from a tiida!!!

P.S. They're much more popular at local used parts lots where i live

same problem with my drivers window !
Goes up very slowly then comes out of place half way up and then pops back into place when it reaches the top
i usually just hold it while its going up lol
Need to sort it soon though !
