Electric window problem?

hi folks have a problem with electric window I have had a look inside and what happen it is coming out of the runner it has a white like glue, which I think should be attached permantly to the glass is this the case as when the window gos down it leaves the glass totally thus not being able to go up cheers for any help

its a pretty common problem meloned, you have to glue the clips back on

Cheers for that what would be best to glue them silicone, evo stick ? Cheers Meloned .

2 pack (araldite type) and etch the surfaces first with 80 grit

Hello melloned. I had this as well, slacken off the nut holding the glass to the runner, slip the glass out, put some doubled sided tape over the plastic fitting, tap the glass back down into the runner taking the tape with it - re-tighten nut - job done.
