hi guys does anyone know how to remove the passenger side airbag on an k11 si without setting it off? Thanks

i don't know about the passenger one but if you are doing the driver's side one then you have to leave the battery disconnected for ten min to make sure it's discharged. isn't the passenger one part of the dash?
can i ask why you want to remove it if it hasn't gone off ?

yea it looks like it can be removed but i'm intyrely not sure. The reason i want it off is because i'm changing the colour of the dash. thanks

it wont go off unless it has power. but be very carefull with airbags they dont mess about when they do go off
there is allways that 0.1% chance it could go off thats why they have warnings on them and are to be disposed of properly,dont chuck it in the bin to blow the binman up
