Looks good, I like it!
How are you going to bridge the bar in the middle where the badge goes?

Another option is you could always import one from NZ that basically looks like that.

that slat is strong, I have been sanding in the middle where I glued a piece behind the badge and its strong. I killed 2 grills to make this one, glued pieces behind first to get rigidity then glued patches on top, just need to do a little fingerdab with bog tommorow and sand and ready for prep/paint (red)
