Normal operating pressure and temperatures

Hi all,

I'm looking at getting some gauges to keep an eye on oil pressure and temperature and water temp. Could a member who has these gauges please advise me on what are the 'normal' values? I'd like to know this as there are all sorts of ranges available from gauges, and I'd ideally like to have 'normal' at the 12 o-clock position on each gauge.
