no sidelights

just realised that my wifes car has no working sidelights. lights on buzzer doesn't work and I've check the fuse box ( the one on the right hand side of the dash near the drivers right knee) and can't find any apparent blown fuses.
Fitted new stereo afew days ago and am wondering if this may be something connected to this problem .... HELP

check the fuse box under the bonnet next to the battery the very bottom two fuses
mines keep going out and its a bad connection just aint fixed it yet

Found the problem ... he's about 5`4" and wired the JVC stereo for me.... the 10amp fuse under the bonnet had blown caused by the wiring on the stereo .. now I got to find out how to wire the stereo

the earth on the stero cause the problem cut the earth from them stero and put it starigt to the body
