Nissan k11 conversion manual to automatic gearbox

Hi, I wonder if it will be much more convenient to convert manual to automatic gearbox. I have a friend having all parts such as Automatic gearbox, convertor, wirring with TCM, complete shaft, gearbox lever and radiator.
My car of year 1994 and would like to know if the engine wiring harness need to be replace?
For TCM received signal from brake pedal, VSS, temperature sensor, cvt relay, etc
Anybody can clarified me on that issue.
