My front left suspension creaks when going over bumps and turning right , any ideas

My 1998 k11 is creaking at the left front suspension area when I go over bumps and turn right , does anyone know what it could be ?

While I haven't personally had that issue, I recall reading a thread on here suggesting strut top mounts. If the bearing gets stuck, the coil spring gives a little and allows for turning, but the extra load from going over a bump finally twists the bearing enough to make a noise.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find that thread right now.
