Motoway Cruising Speed

Did 400 miles in my 21 year old Micra K10 1.0L Four speed over last 2 days.Although i have some rattles around the car and my exhaust insn't great whats the best speed in this car with only 4 gears in order to keep the car reliable and not over worked.

i dont do much Motoway stuff and the car excels around town but 2011 will see me on the Motoway a bit more.

anywhere between 60 and 70 should be fine, i used to tend to tuck in behind a lorry but there limited to 56mph, so gets a bit boring, what you need to do if possible is locate a coach, just as big as a lorry but not limited to 56,
