Mirror help

Hey there,

Can anybody tell me how I can get the mirror off its baseplate? I managed to get the glass off, and get the screws off, but still Im not able to get them spearated. Who can help me out? Its a 98 k11...

Are you sure that there is nothing behind the mirros glass? I thought that there was a pin or something mate?

Behind the glas, there is the part that holds the three wires used to adjust the mirror glass. I managed to remove the screws but than still I cant seperate the two parts. I still have to paint the other mirror and i'll give it another try on that one...
