I'm pretty sure there isn't one here in the UK, that's not to say another country doesn't make a kit.

technically as long as it has had enough modifications then it will be classed as a kit car!
so there is Arnolds and mine as batch's just had the engine conversion.
Not overly sure on the technicalities of it getting classed as a kit car though. lol
