Why,
Well my dad's an insurance engineer and currently has a case where a learner driver hit a parked car with the instructors 2 month old K13 at VERY LOW SPEED.
Not much cosmetic damage, but it damaged the steering rack (wheel to wheel impact - parked car's front wheels were sticking out at full lock).
WRITE OFF!!! Why? Well Nissan charge £3850 for the rack, yup 30% of the value of the entire car!
So, if you've not got fully comp (and with a good company at that) be VERY CAREFUL of pot holes, kerbs etc!
