ma10 and ma12

I have a spare ma10 lying about at home and was wondering!

• the head is different size to the ma12 but are the valves from a ma10 still usable in a ma12 head?
• i no the sump and rocker covers are the same, also other parts (fuel pump etc) but is there anything else i could use from a ma10 to use on a ma12

sump, rocker cover, dizzy, fuel pump and starter are the same

altenator different

cant think of owt else you would want to swap

MA valves all the same, even the ma09 valves the same, nearly all bits are interchangable apart from the obvious things (block, pistons)

I thought the ecc engine is suposed to have bigger valves?

the ecc head does have bigger valves than the regular ma12, and micra 110 (i think) is selling some ma10 valves now which dont fit a regular ma12 (or the other way around) check sale section.
