lowering springs

was wondering if any one has some lowering springs. i want to lower my car by about 35mm - 40mm. doesn't matter to much about make just want some.

i am afraid £100 is a little too much:S

n e one got a some they wanna sell, i just want them to fit on standard shocks. just need my car lowered lol looks a little silly i think sitting quite high.
