LOWERED ALTO SUSPENSION????

Right so if the standard alto suspension drops it 50mm if you use say these springs (40mm drop - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/230658803684?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649) thats makes 90mm drop in total? just wondering, new to this forum and its great
