Left rear door question

Folks my left rear door suddenly did not open from the inside...

I managed to remove all the covers of the door but find it hard to fix it since the mechanisam seems complex connectiong to the lock unit...

Pls if some body could post a pick on the locak & how the mechanisam is connected...

I did not take a Pic of my door but this pick has some thing similer

edit.. safety lock is on the door inside the doorjamb

Sorry guys I had already removed the freking Lock unit by that time
wothout noticing the child lock feature...

Now can not put all back to gether... I belive the intiall problem would have been the Child lock latch, but since i have now removed every thing I do not know how to put them back to gether...

Pls if some one could help me on this...

Ok Folks I am happy to say that i finally manged to fix the door lock by my self after putting in some time into it..

It wasn't that much of a tough thing...
If any one needs help on a situation like this i'll be glad to help
