ive got the chance of some tinted rear windows for my 3 door how hard is it to remove and replace these

Its fairly easy, from memory all you need is a screwdriver and a socket set. Its basically three bolts/screws, 2 at the front of the window and 1 at the rear.

The way I done it was the open the rear window and undo the back mount, then undo the front two and take the window out. The attach the rear fixing to the new window and line it up and screw it on, then screw in the front two, job done. Wont take you long.

1 thing though, dont do what I did and try it on your own, make sure you have somethere to hold the glass when your taking it out and putting it back in, aswell as to hold the back of the mounts for the screws as mine kept falling out.

lol ive got no idea its a 1995 1.3 lx the windows will come from a 1993 1.3 super s

righty o steve!! it depends on if your rear windows open or not ie fixed...

if they open then use Scotish-Sr's instructions above...

i thought all of the rear side windows opened regardless :S

have with everything ive owned anyway k10's and k11's.

nah mine dont thats why cos im gonna tint me own windows but kristian informed me the quarter are a lot easier off the car and u can spend ur time with them

if their fixed rear windows
ally you need is a pair of thumbs, lol
got mine out in seconds when i was stripping the car
which is a bit of a worry really from a safety point of view
