Was looking for some help with a gearshift issue. Had been sticking in gear occasionally. Changed gear oil, lubricated gear linkage at gearbox end. Stupidly unscrewed the 4 screws at the gear stick thinking it would give access... Instead a plate below the stick dropped and disconnected . Is this unit accessible? Looking under the car there is no obvious way to open up?
