K12 front door window sticking

The only problem I've had with the K12 is the front window sticking sometimes, when it goes up to close.

Its been looked at once by a mechanic, but still happens sometimes, I have to pull it forward, to in-stick it, so it can close.

Is this a common problem, is there a fix for this?
