K11 Temprature Sensor

Hiya.. i asked this before but got 0 replies, and im sure someone must know and i kinda need to find out... Basically wondered where the sensor that tells the ECU the engine temprature was? and also the IAT sensor (if it isnt the same thing)? If anyone knows please reply! Thanks!

on some cars the sensor for the temperature is on the themostat ousing but not sure about micra but check there

The temperature sensor is situated behind the thermostat housing on the left hand end of the cylinder head. It contains the thermistor whose resistance is lower with rise in temperature.
