K11 radio help URGENT!!

Hi all,

I have a blaupunkt casablanca CD52 head unit in my car however when I put the volume above 43 (not even loud) the CD or radio will cut off and you have to turn the volume down for it to work again. Also the lights on the display will dim and flash (battrey perhaps?) It was the same with my old unit but Its doing it with this one aswell?

Its very annoying because if im on the motorway I cant turn it up high enough to hear it clearly.

any help will be great!

for anyone that has this problem.

It tuned out the areil had a band connection so i resoldered that and I think the original ground wire was broken so I attched a new one to the headunit and it works perfectly now.

Wire dont handle enough power. Happened to me before. Try to power it straight from battery (just positive) and dont forget to fuse it.
