Quite possibly if you know anything about fitting it to a later K11. Is it a straight swap or are there connector/wiring differences? Mine is a '98 1.3.

some of the pinouts are different i believe iain, there are 1 or 2 threads on here

yes as frank said, you need to swap some of the cables around

OK - I'll go and have a search. If you can link me in the meantime to the info it would be appreciated as it's always a bit of a faff finding the right terms to search for. If it is simply a matter of swapping some pins around then I'll have it.
