k11 or k12

whats up ppl, i'm in a situation and here how it goes
i'm just about to turbo my 1.3 k11 which i cant wait to do, the someone offered me a trade with a 12c k12 for my k11. the deal is i have to give him my k11 and i in retured will be getting a k12 from japan. i know the k12 makes more power the the k11 but wat i dont know is which of the two engines are more stronger when it comes to dailly driving, handleing and fuel eco

the k12 is ugly i would stick with the k11. they loook better unless i have missed a model and thinkin of the wrong one. But the k11 has our hearts and i would turbo that one.

its a bit ugly for real but cant help thinking about the thunder i can creat from the k12 when i turbo him. i will like to know does the k11 and k12 uses same brake pads

K12 has multi coil, variable cam phasing & more room under the bonnet.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the block is very similar between CG & CR. Look at the bore & stroke figures for the various capacities.
CG10DE, CG13DE, CR10DE, CR12DE bore 70.1mm
CG10DE, CR10DE stroke 63.0mm
CGA3DE, CR14DE stroke 82.8mm

2 door 12c was available in Japan, 2002-2004.

the CR blocks do look very similar nz_aj, bellhousing bolt spacing look the same to me, but its an ally sump and the alternator, P/S pump etc brackets are integral/cast in.
