K11 Change MAF

I have a K11 (2001, X reg), automatic, 1.4litre. It's defiantly the mass air flow sensor that's causing the problem. I've found that I can buy a MAF and that other people have changed it themselves. But can't seem to find anywhere any like instructions/directions on how to do this. Any advice I'd be greatful for...would save me a lot of money!

You can solder it yourself, but I'm not sure whether the throttle body is the same on your engine, as it is on the earlier engines.

I'd be careful, because that isn't entirely what they're advertising, the MAF on the CG10 and CG13 is part of the throttle body unit.

That's the actual throttle body....I've found that and I've found non-bosch but was is supposedly suitable mass air flow meter's for my car as well. It's some instructions on how to take it apart I am looking for.

That is a facelift TB and MAF, but I was under the impression that the facelifts didn't suffer from the same MAF issue as the pre-facelifts.

i think the coilpack cg,s use a different t/b, with a removable maf (you need a special 5 sided allen key tho iirc )
