Hoping someone can shed some light here,
I have a 2005 (06 plate) Micra 1.5DCI sport (think its the 82hp version).
Anyway ordered a K and N panel filter off ebay, went to fit but it was too long and narrow?
I thought that the ebay seller must have sent the wrong one out however when checking the code on the box and dimensions of the filter against the official K and N website it all matches?
Basically the K and N filter is a lot longer and narrower than the stock version. The K and N is supposed to measure approx 85mm x 273mm, however the stock one looks twice that width and not as long - maybe 200mm at a guess.
I am worried that someone has modified the existing filter but everything sits nicely and its all boxed in etc and it looks just, well, 'standard', really confused here anyone have any ideas?
