Just can't seem to get the headlights out...

hi guys,please help! the bulb is now half way out but i cant get it out fully to replace it because of the metal clip, how on earth do i remov the clips or atleast let them let the bulb out fully

its realy helpful to have some one local show you what its about, exactly how ive learnt little bits and pieces of others generousness
