hey guys I've been wondering since got d car what's the differences if there's any between the Japan march & the UK micra.. something there should be I guess. Like utilising german electroncis & switches rather than importing japan parts which would be more costy for the company.

Tried googling it up.. but no info could be obtained.

speedo difference? jap only goes up to 180km/h?

The jap one should drive faster than the european one..in fact even after reading at wikipedia it says that the rest distributed globally are more restricted, eg : due to restrictions.

According to one of the guys from our UK forum who spent a lot of time gathering various ECUs both UK & JPN and inspecting the maps, they are apparently the same.

Eu restrictions on emmissions mate! harsh restrictions...not saying that in jap there aren't any...but I got that through wikipedia that at jap the micra could be modified in a wilder way than the rest distributed globally...

maybe cos they get certain parts only in jap.
