This week Ed from Fusion visited a rather special client who specialise in TVR and Jaguar vehicles. The purpose for Eds visit was to cure running issues on a EFI conversion to a 1975 E-Type V12 Jaguar running on an Omex 710 engine management system.

After a morning of thoroughly going over and familiarising himself with the setup, several key issues were identified and corrected. Immediately this had a massive impact on the vehicle and road testing could then begin. Further changes were made to the software programming on the ECU and the car began to gain manners which would defy anyone used to the normal Zenith-Stromberg side draft carburettor setup. The end result was a car that was thoroughly pleasant to drive in busy streets as it was on the county roads. An absolutely fantastic motor indeed. Hopefully it may find its way to the dyno where further fine tuning and refinements can then be made.

It probably serves as a good point to remind our customers new, potential and current that Fusion is just as happy working with clients both commercial and individual alike.
Our skill-set is absolutely second to none and with our electronics and mechanical background we feel quite simply that what we offer you when it comes to engine management is absolutely unique in the industry.
