Is my beloved k11 dead :(

Hi all i am a newbie to the forum so please be kind...
I have a 1997 p reg micra k11...yesterday and today I have noticed a problem, upon take off i get a major juddering through the car, then a squeeking that sounds like its coming from the box, at a junction and it feels like the clutch wont disengage..Any ideas. I have checked the brushes and done the self diagnostic all look ok...

Just finished checking some other things and now the car wont select gears, it is crunching like a manual car with no clutch.Once engaged drives like before with a bit of a judder, is it now dead

When the engine is off will it go into gear? Yes
