Is it vital to "bleed" system after coolant flush and replacement (K12)?

It's stated in electronic service manual for K12 that when you top up fresh coolant, you should remove the heater-hose. This proved difficult to do so I skipped hose removal. This step I believe helps with minimising air in system?

Anyway, is there an easy way for me to now get rid of any air in my cooling system? Is this even an issue in the K12s (2006 Micra 1.4 SVE)?

Thank you!
