hi guys any of you awesome people be able to tell me if a car will pass mot/emitions with a exhaust bandage on exhaust as a quick fix and the maf sensor unpluged? coz it just dies when its plugged in and runbs smooth a s a nut with it unplugged :/, thanks guys :)
 
the bandage should be ok leon, but i doubt if it will pass the high idle emission test with the maf disconnected
 
any reason why frank?, i borrowed my mates maff off same car and it worked when it was cold but soon as it was warm, i cut the engine go restart and it dosnt idle :/humm god sake mun :(
 
if its not closed looping on the fast idle test leon, i doubt if it will pass, but without testing equipment you may as well just try the mot eh
 
i can borrow my mates full air intake system for mot :), i cant affored aa new yet as mot and got new car pain in ass!:/humm what do u suggest frank? your a wiz with cars eh :)
