Indicator Issue - Any suggestions

all indicators on the car work except the passenger rear.

the light cluster works just fine just not the indicator, replaced the bulb so its not that.

any suggestions?

Try tweaking the terminals on the light cluster.

Did you actually measured voltage from tail light connector? Or verified with 12V source (battery) that new bulb is functional?
Just the basics...

Check the earth wire isn't broken.
