idel problem

Hi everyone
The problems I'm having is when I'm satuionry Park up.
Put it in gear the revs drop down take it out of gear the revs drop back up?
Any suggestions

Probably idler valve need rear cleaning

Clutch not disengaging fully with pedal to the floor, creating drag?

If that's the case, then adjust the slack out of the clutch cable.

The thing is put clutch in the revs drop then release the clutch the revs go up.

the crazy part is viable
you cleaned all o it? the idle controller.

The engine was running then I pulled the throttle plug out the the engine dropped then plug it back in the it cane to normal that's why I thought it's ok
