My Micra's a 2000 3.1, around 95k ish on the clock. I guess 2 years ago I had to have the front struts welded to get thru an MOT, and I fitted a new expansion bottle for the rad recently (a Korean one off of EBay as mine had picked up a crack on the top, but from what I've read it's a common thing with the OEM bottles).
Other than petrol, an oil top up every couple of months and sundry consumables, and a clean and wax a couple of times a year then it's all good!

I guess I should consider an underseal Max - I had it done on a piece of ****e Renault 19 many years ago, which then blew the head gasket 5 months later so the underseal was good money after bad...
Dropping from 5th to 4th sometimes grits a bit, so my next job of work'll be a new clutch but mustn't grumble after 95k and it's only just starting to stick.
I should have said, last year I put a new battery in, 3rd one in 13 years so I suppose I'm looking at a new one every 5 years but I can live with that
I suppose when I'm being honest, 3rd set of brake pads, and a new exhaust 2 years ago but I can't think of much else I've had to do...

I've got a bit of bubbling on the back point of my door, and some under the rear window but hopefully my anorak cleaning and waxing's kept the worst of the road salt off the body...
It's been a few years since I had a look under last time my Micra was on ramps, and it looked OK but maybe it's time for another look and like you said, re-undersealing would be good!
My other car is a bike, and it's 25 years old, and it's white, and erm, some of the frame when I got it had been Tipp-Ex'ed... :/
