In our nissan centre manager told me that ball joint for k11 march,
i can bay only with nissan link_compl transverse for 160 us$.
Is it true, or i can find alternative ball joint part of another trade mark (555, CTR, japan parts or something else)?

yes, if the balljoint needs replacing you have to get complete transverse link/arm. Maybe try to source one from a parts recycler/wrecker,
