hey there my sunroof has been jammed up for nearly a year now and i have been bothered to fix it. it would'nt bother me too much if it did'nt leak when it rains. my car is starting to stink from last week's monsoon.
so does anyone have any experience of replacing/repairing one? if so where do i start cause i have'nt got a clue , the hayne's manual tell's you to take it to nissan which im not going to do as they charge a fortune. it's the one that opens fully with a handle

if you cant get it to budge by bashing it with your fist while turning the handle, then you,re best to remove the whole assy (drop the head lining and remove the 6 or 8 x 10mm nuts)

frank is it hard to get the headliner back in once you take it out ?

nah, its just a big stiff card mate, i opened the tailgate and slid it out the back

sorted, thats my next job then , the only reason i havent done it yet is because i thought i was going to have to get the spray glue on the head liner.
