Heater Matrix

Hi again,
I have noticed that when I turn my heating control clockwise to hottest setting, I do not get a great deal of heat from air vents located in dashboard (with fans on). I changed the engine coolant some months ago in summer and with winter here, need heat to the interior. Any ideas?
