before anyone asks, yeas it works on all four fan speeds, so i've kinda ruled out the resistor card.
also it takes quite a while for the heater to get hot, not sure if these two are related or not.
i've fitted a newer blower motor but still not much power. as in you can barely feel it blowing your hands on the steering wheel. and it struggles to clear condensation.
it's totally annoying me now, just thought i'd ask for a few sugestions before i pull the dash out.

Where does it suck air in?? maybe its blocked?

it even struggles when set to re-circulate air, that takes air from inside the cabin, i can't see both inlets being blocked.
come on guys, take a guess, i'm stumped! i'd like an idea before i take the dash out.

Do the air vents have any gaskets behind the dash? They could be damaged causing the air to blow inside your dash and not out of the vents??? Just a guess like you asked for ;) :)

i don't think they are damaged, cheers anyway;)

Sounds like its blocked, did strip a blower motor down on a ford escort van once to find a baby rat (ironic??) dead on the blower wheel........that lacked power, blew fur out and stunk of death.

i've replaced the blower motor, so it may be blocked else where, i'm gonna have to strip it all down aren't i!!!
oh well.

well i have found out the problem, without removing the dash. the pollen filter was blocked beyond belief, i've tempory cut out the filter untill i buy another one. it blows a lot harder now :)
