headlights going off

I have issues with the right side headlights, they tend to fuse very quickly. I have changed the right side once, and now I must change it again..... I had a service done just 3000 miles prior and the bulb was changed.

Why is it always fusing?
the left side has been fine, no issues.

also regarding the rear fog lights, are both sides supposed to come on or is it just the one?

I never knew about this function of the car until I accidentally moved the switch over, I looked at the back of the car and the rear right fog light is on wheras the left side is not.

There is only 1 rear fog light on a K12 - top right! The left side houses your reversing light...

As for the fronts... Check the headlamp is secure, could be excessive vibration caused by loose or broken mount - and get some quality bulbs like Philips Briliance
