Headlamp washer switch?

Could someone who has access to a wiring diagram, please tell me, headlamp washer switch colors/functions?!
Micra CD of mine, be at an unknown location!

Just got home from a short trip to eastern Finland.

Multimeter confirmed, green and black in your picture are switch wires that I need.
I assume a blue and other black wires are for switch light...?
I will use the washer switch to trigger this module Wave Wagger 36 Stop-Alert different selectable patterns 4:32 with aux high beams on rear window. For those drivers who think that at speed of 135km/h ~ 85ml/h, it's ok to tailgate behind small car as Micra.
