Hard shifter

hi guys, i have a manual k12.. Is your shifter hard to shift? Or do u have problems when down shifting to first gear while still running? Any hesitations?

I have this when slowing down but not wanting to fully stop (if the traffic lights have just changed and I'm joining a stream). I'm not too sure why it's caused, my guess is that it's somehow still at too high of an RPM to be a needed gear change. I usually just stick it in second if I know that I will be able to keep up with the flow of traffic once I get there and hope for the best.

If it doesnt want to go back in first put it in neutral first. Lift the clutch and after that put it in first.

Havent tried this one yet..i have difficulties switching it to first gear specially on uphill most specially when you need to shift it right away..it hesitates..
