Good service kit?

Just bought a 143k mile 1998 K11. Damn these things last don't they!? Japs FTW! Although i'd be suprised if my S2000 lasts till 140k!

Anyway it drives like new, but with every car I buy I like to give it a service. Is this kit adequate?

Seems resonable to me
Have a look into a new dizzy cap too only cheap unless you wanna clean your old one up. All helps

What's one of those mate?

I have two other problems to look into:
Squeels on start up for a little bit when cold?
Constant exhaust heat shield rattle! (The one right at the front which you can see when looking under the front bumper!)

Its the black distributor cap that your ht leads go into. Do a quick search

The squeal is probably your belts at a guess. Give em squirt of wd40... and check their tension and condition
Your heat shield rattle might be a loose bolt or rusted away. Give it a wiggle and see
