Well this is where both my cars have undergone their transformations. Laurie the guru who now knows as much about Micras as anybody no sweat.Supercharge/turbo no worries.Sitting beside Whitey lurks an RX 7, series 6, seriously modified. This is my drive car when Whitey spends time at Lauries.How is that for customer service?
This RX7 has come 3rd. 3 times in Targa Tassie and after driving that Whitey just crawls.
Pity Laurie does not have his business on the mainland. Inside the shed you may just see another RX7 on the hoist. This is his race car which is getting ready for a meet in Hobart Saturday/ Sunday week.
Doubt if I will find another Laurie in Perth but hey all the hard work behind and its more a mmatter of maintenance from now on.
Laurie and Errol at Datrats are 2 people who I listen too very carefully. Learnt so much.
