foglight bulb type

done a quick search on this as im sure its been covered before but couldnt find anything.

What type of bulb do the standard phase 1 facelifts foglights take?
It says on hoodedreapers blog that he uses H1, but a search on the internet found H3s as the right bulb fwn

Which one is the right one?
