Do these fit straight on to a micra standard front shock?

No, these are to be used with matiz front shocks

Ok so guessing you have to re-engineer the matiz shocks to fit on k11?

Yep, top mount and bottom bolt hole

What do you have to do with the top mount and is it just take a drill to extend the hole
