» CMF MemberIt's called a "bad boy bonnet" there's a few threads on this site that you'll find more info about it. It can be an easy job if your good at welding and filling.

» CMF MemberTerry, the technique that's being described with fibreglass and most other 'eye lids' is that they're simply covers that go on the headlights themselves to give a similar look. Because there will still be a gap between the headlight and the bonnet, it will not look exactly like the picture you've posted.
To get that exact look, as has been mentioned you will need to weld a couple of pieces of metal shaped to fit the gap between the two points. This by far gives the best result once finished so if you know someone that's handy in metalwork (either a friend or a local workshop) it's worth looking into rather than importing some stickers to give a similar look.
