Does anyone know if any other exhausts are compatible with a k10? i.e can i stick a renault one on it (have a renault fitter next door to the GF who can get me one on the cheap? or do they have to be specific to the car? i know you can weld most things but realisticly it'd have to be a relatively simple swap!
Any ideas?
And before anyone says it i will eventually get a powerflow system but looking for a half decent interim to get my new baby through it's mot!

it's not brilliantly easy with K10 exhausts, they've got a blooming great lump where it goes up and over the axle, I'm not aware of a straight swap. It's not even particularly easy to bung a universal box on the stock pipe as the silencer on k10's is quite short. Do-able but not straightforward.

no non other are compatible to my knowledge. and as pete says even the adding of a back bock is a bit more fddly than normal due to the the short throw distance bettwen the back box and the pipe bending to start to lifgt over the back axle.

standard k10 exhaust is around £30 a section - £112 for a cat (if your model has one) which i doubt

My backbox came off a civic, its long, heavy and loud and was a bit of a job to get on, but if that can be done, almost anything can be done!

you need a RaceworX front mount exhaust - trommans' is wicked and isnt loud either! im sure raceworx will post a pic if u pm him
