Engive vibration on neutral on K12 1.2, any cost-efficient way of diagnostics?

Vibration does not change when I push clutch pedal, so it should not be clutch although I suspect clutch should be replaced but this is a separate story. Spoke to Glynn Hopkin branch, they said it will cost £100+ just to connect Consult and waiting time for more than a week. No, thanks.
Are there any cost-effective ways of diagnostics?

From my experience, Glyn Hopkin would charge you a three figure sum for simply breathing the air in their service department if they could find a way to do so. I'd bet it's not something that the consult system would even pick up on as well.

If you think it is, then I'd go with frank's suggestion of an ebay code reader.

If not, take a look under the bonnet and see if you can see anything loose or wobbling.
